Kaylin Trivisonno
Kaylin Trivisonno is a co-founder of Base Wellness and leads the brand’s coaching and training direction. She has trained consistently since 2014 and is a competitive powerlifter with a deep background in strength development and performance-based programming.
Kaylin works with clients focused on building strength, improving body composition, and enhancing performance through structured training and long-term progression. Her coaching prioritizes consistency, intelligent load management, and results that carry over beyond the gym.

Brennan Pantleo
Brennan has over 12 years of training experience, beginning at age 15. He has trained under multiple high-performing coaches, developing a disciplined, long-term approach to training that carried through high school, college, and into adulthood. His personal training is primarily bodybuilding-focused, emphasizing muscle development, movement quality, and long-term durability.
Outside of coaching, Brennan still works in carpentry and is a co-owner of Base Wellness as well as Summit, a locally owned food and hospitality business. Balancing physically demanding work with business ownership informs his practical, sustainable coaching style—focused on building strength and muscle that carry over into real life.
