“Designing a specific strength and cardio program unique to me. I receive weekly feedback and I live remote so I send them videos to critique my form and performance. They are supper patient with me and always offer me suggestions on technique etc. they also change my program as needed to have the highest benefit for me to reach my goals.

I was in not so great shape. I began working out January 20, 2024. I also was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I have now lost a total of 67 pounds and I am officially out of this 2 range. I am strong and fit. Brennan and Kaylin supported me thru my surgery and changed the program as needed during recovery. If you want coaches that are truly attentive and know what they are doing this should be your choice. Working with elevated physique has changed my life and put me on a path to health.”

“I was hesitant to get back in to the gym with my chronic back pain. Within 2 weeks of working out with Brennan, my back pain was virtually gone and my mobility was significantly increased. I was back to being able to do things I love pain free! Brennan not only matched but also exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would recommend!”

Coach's notes: Our amazing client has been sticking with 2-3 personal training sessions per week along with being a bit more conscious of nutrition. All of our sessions in the gym are lifting heavy weights. With a past eating disorder, we decided it is best to use a tracking-free approach for nutrition. Laurel has been prioritizing protein intake each day, and slightly limiting her go-to higher calorie foods (ice cream, French fries etc). We have also added daily 30-minute walks to her routine. The difference in her bodyweight in the two photos is 1 pound.

Laurel's feedback: "Being an only child and at the age where my parents are battling Dementia and Diabetes a friend of mine strongly recommended I start training in the gym. As an endurance athlete my whole life I have dipped in and out of the gym— however being in my late 40's and going through some body changes it gets tougher to maintain an athletic look. Kaylin has been around me for 4 years and it was a no brainier when I decided to get back in the gym to use her attention to what each client needs and the respect she shows. I came with a lot of baggage from an eating disorder background making it rough to utilize her nutrition expertise for fear of triggering. I am 48 and I am proud of my age and I look good and feel good. Is my diet perfect - no.

Do I get to live a little and still be strong — yes. I would recommend Kaylin for anyone who is looking to improve themselves in all ways. There is no one else in this universe I would trust more or respect for her genuine care and just being an amazing support."

"I am a 59 years young women who has been active my entire life. When menopause hit, it changed my life. I gained 20 pounds, developed sciatica, knee, hip and back problems. No matter what I did the weight would not budge! With the help of Kaylin at Elevated Physique I was able to lose about 15 pounds, regain mobility in my hips and knees and get back on track to being me again. She helped me with meal planning and exercise that was realistic, something I can continue with the rest of my life. I still have a ways to go but with the tools Kaylin provided I am confident that the next 10+ pounds will fall off and I will be back to being me."

“…something I can continue with the rest of my life…”
